PeerApp Products
The PeerApp UltraBand product line consists of the highly scalable 5000 grid computing systems as well as the standalone UltraBand 200SP and UltraBand 5000SP. The SmartFilter software can be ordered as an option for each system. These products are described in detail in the following sections. Datasheets are available for downloading in the Resource Library.
The UltraBand 200 SP is designed to support smaller or remote network operators using satellite backhaul services.
The UltraBand 5000 SP is a standalone system intended for operators with maximum traffic forwarding capacity of 1.2Gbps.
UltraBand 5000 Grid configurations support from 2 to 16 caching engines and up to 10 storage arrays. These systems are ideal for network operators whose requirements may increase over time.
