Gadi Tamari, Chairman
Mr. Tamari brings over 35 years of executive leadership and experience to the PeerApp Board of Directors. As CEO and Board Director of Radvision (Nasdaq: RVSN) , Mr. Tamari oversaw the doubling of revenues, establishment of consistent profitability and increasing growth in cash reserves. With Lucent Technologies (NYSE: ALU) he was the Vice President of Global Operations. He was responsible for the next generation switching sales – Softswitch. Mr. Tamari was the Chief Operating Officer of Excel Switching growing sales to $200M (annualized) prior to the company’s acquisition by Lucent.

Robert Mayer, CEO
Robert has over 20 years experience in the high tech sector where he held various positions in business management, engineering management and research and development. Prior to being named CEO of PeerApp, Robert was with EMC Corp for 10 years. He began as a key developer of EMC’s revolutionary storage platform that yielded as much as $6 Billion in annual revenues for the company and during his career there managed various business groups. His latest EMC position was as Vice President of Information Management. He received a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Northeastern University, Boston.


Don Casey
For over thirty years, Don Casey has served the software and IT Services industries in positions ranging from development to chief executive to chairman. Don was President and Chief Operating Officer of Exodus Communications and is currently chairman of the board for Mazu Networks and serves on the board of AspenTech and Ounce Labs. His other notable achievements include leading the turnaround of Wang Laboratories from a bankrupt, proprietary hardware vendor to a $3.5 billion services company. Don was president and CTO of Wang and directly responsible for Wang's US Services business. Don previously served as Vice President of Lotus Development Corporation’s Spreadsheet Division, which at the time represented over 80% of the company’s revenue. He was also Vice President of Networking and Multimedia for Apple Computer, where he assumed responsibility for multimedia strategy and successfully planned and delivered the QuickTime product, now an industry standard. Don began his career at IBM, serving over 20 years and achieving the role of Vice President of Communications Hardware.

Adi Gan, Evergreen Venture Partners
Mr. Gan joined Evergreen Venture Partners in 1997 and has focused on optical communications and communications infrastructure investments. Mr. Gan has 11 years of experience in the private sector. His earlier positions included managing the Real-Time Systems Division of a leading software services company.

Thomas H. Jennings, Summit Partners
Thomas H. Jennings joined Summit Partners in 1997. Prior to Summit, he worked as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Based in Summit’s Boston office, Tom co-heads the firm’s venture capital activities in North America, Europe and Asia. During his 14 years with Summit Partners, Tom has served as a director of numerous software, technology, healthcare and life sciences companies. He is currently a director of Accedian Networks, ApoCell, AvePoint, PeerApp and Telerik and is actively involved with the firm’s investments in Casa Systems, Hiperos, IMMCO Diagnostics, NameMedia, and OB Hospitalist Group. Tom’s prior investments and directorships include Anesthetix Holdings (acquired by TeamHealth), Burst Media Corporation (AIM: BRST, later acquired by blinkx PLC), Commnet Wireless (acquired by Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc.), Fermentas International (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), Hatcher Associates (acquired by Corillian Corporation), NetWitness Corporation (acquired by EMC Corporation), Sage Telecom and Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA, later acquired by IBM). Tom holds an AB in economics and theology from Boston College, where he received the Scholar of the College award. Tom supports a variety of education and healthcare related charities and is a Trustee of the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund, an organization that provides tuition funding for the children of fallen service members from Massachusetts.

Dr. Yoseph L. Linde, Jerusalem Global Ventures
Dr. Linde currently serves as general partner of Jerusalem Global Ventures (JGV), a venture capital fund specializing in early investments in start-up companies providing products for the internet infrastructure, a position that he has held since 1999. Dr. Linde also serves as a Director of LocationNet Ltd. and Lumus Ltd. – portfolio companies of Jerusalem Global Ventures. JGV manages three parallel funds (Israel and Cayman). Dr. Linde is a General Partner and Director of two of the Funds (CommLaunch Holdings and NetLaunch Holdings) and also a director in the management Company (JGV). From 1993 until 1999 Dr. Linde was the founder and chairman of LANart Corporation, a company acquired by Communications Systems Inc. in 1999. From 1983 until 1993, Dr. Linde was the founder and chairman of Chipcom Corporation, a public company acquired by 3Com in 1995. From 1982 until 1983, Dr. Linde held the position of Professor at the School of Engineering of Boston University. Dr. Linde holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University, and a Ph.D in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

George Riedel
Mr. Riedel brings to PeerApp extensive experience in global telecoms strategy and operations. As chief strategy officer and president of business units for Nortel, he was responsible for an unprecedented $4.5B sale of more than 6500 patents for the company as well the monetizing a dozen business units. Prior to joining Nortel, he was vice president, strategy and corporate development for Juniper Networks, leading a series of acquisitions that doubled the size of the company over two years. Previously, he was a director at McKinsey & Company where his career experience spanned 15 years building telecom and technology practices in Asia and North America.

Amnon Shoham, Cedar Fund
Amnon Shoham brings to Cedar Fund a wealth of experience investing in and building quality high tech companies from the ground up since 1993. His Cedar Fund success record includes early stage investments in companies that he helped build to successful exits, including Guardium (acquired by IBM in 2009,) Onaro (acquired by Network Appliance - NetApp(NASDAQ: NTAP) in 2008) and Appilog (acquired in 2004 by HP/Mercury (NYSE:HPQ.) Mr. Shoham focuses on investments in the enterprise software space, and is an active board member on several of Cedar Fund’s portfolio companies.
