PeerApp designs and provides turnkey solutions for ISPs, deploying its UltraBand P2P caching platforms in various ISP network settings and locations. All of PeerApp service and support personnel have an in-depth knowledge of products, technologies and best practices used in modern service provider networks, enabling them to resolve a variety of product and network design issues that may occur during solution design and customization, installation and post-installation phases.
PeerApp makes available a comprehensive set of documentation, support resolution database as well as diagnostic and testing tools to facilitate quick resolution of field support incidents.
Project management
Deployment of network infrastructure products, such as UltraBand caching platform requires seamless and complete system implementation, taking care of myriad of logistic, operational and administrative issues, without losing sight of the small details.
PeerApp provides project management to support and accompany our customers in every phase of the deployment project to make every implementation a success.
The full project management cycle includes:

- Integration validation and testing services
- On-site production deployment services
- Post-deployment technical training for customer’s personnel
- Auditing and monitoring of the production systems
